My order didn’t ship at all. The n fact, the rude CS I talked over the phone (girl and guy) told me to order from another shop instead because no one can process my order. If I didn’t call, I wouldn’t have known the status of my order. The girl kept on saying it will be processed soon and I got a shipping notice without any tracking number. I followed up with empty promises again until the guy said to order from another shop bec it seems they refuse to process my order, at one point, the gay guy acted innocently that they can’t locate my order, where did I order (when I gave my order number that itself should answer his question. The one handling the phones, email, doc media are incompetent, lack cs and people skills, untrained, disorganized, rude and very unprofessional. Too bad, I ordered from them once before and I liked it, but now never! So beware!
